Our Return Policy
For all returns and exchanges the item needs to be unused. We can’t process your refund or exchange until we receive your item back. Once the item is received we will either post out your exchange or process your refund.
If you change your mind about your purchase:
Notify us within 14 days of the item being delivered to you – you can return the item to us at your cost within a further 14 days of notifying us for a full refund including the P&P
return the item at your cost for an alternative item which we will pay P&P for.
If you notify us after 14 days of the item being delivered to you – you can return the item at your cost for a full refund excluding P&P.
In the event that you receive a faulty product, please contact us. We will refund or exchange your product on receipt of the returned item. We will pay for the return postage. A faulty product does not include damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to maintain and care for the product properly.
Where should I send my returns and exchanges?
Our address is on our contact us page. Please remember to include a cover note so we know who the return is from.
Please allow up to 14 days for this process in busy periods.
Received your item as a gift?
You can return items given to you as a gift. We would need the details of the original purchaser, as would need to refund them. The refund will not include the original P&P or the return P&P. You can also have an exhange.
